1. What kinds of objects do you offer?
LiuHe Curio offers curated Chinese objects for tea, study, interior display, and collecting. Our selection includes ceramics, tea wares, scholar’s objects, hardstone carvings, incense pieces, bronze and ritual-form works, lacquer, wood, textiles, paintings, calligraphy, and related decorative objects.
2. Are the objects on your website authentic antiques?
Some objects may have age, collecting interest, or antique character, while others are described by style, period relationship, attribution, material, form, or decorative tradition. Descriptions are offered in good faith based on visual assessment, comparative reference, and collecting judgment.
Unless expressly stated, objects are not sold with third-party authentication certificates, laboratory reports, formal appraisal documents, or museum-level authentication.
3. What do terms such as “style,” “period,” or “attribution” mean?
Terms such as “Qing style,” “Ming style,” “Song style,” “Pre-Ming style,” “attributed,” “after,” or “in the style of” are used to describe visual, stylistic, comparative, or collecting relationships. They should be understood as careful descriptive language unless supported by formal documentation.
These terms do not necessarily mean that an object has been scientifically tested, independently certified, or formally authenticated.
4. Do you provide certificates?
Unless expressly stated on the product page or in written communication, objects are not sold with third-party authentication certificates, laboratory reports, formal appraisal documents, or provenance certificates.
Buyers who require independent certification or formal appraisal should arrange such review before purchase where possible.
5. Can I request more photographs before purchase?
Yes. Questions before purchase are welcome. For many objects, we may be able to provide additional photographs, closer detail views, dimensions, condition details, or packing information upon request.

6. Can I request a condition report?
Yes. For higher-value or specialized objects, we encourage buyers to request additional photographs, closer views, and condition details before purchase. For smaller objects, additional views may also be provided whenever practical.
Condition information is offered in good faith based on visual observation and available photographs. It should not be understood as laboratory testing, conservation analysis, or third-party appraisal.
7. Are the objects new, antique, vintage, or decorative?
The objects offered by LiuHe Curio may vary. Some may be antique or have age character, some may be later works in earlier styles, and others may be decorative or collected objects selected for form, material, craftsmanship, and visual presence.
Each product page should be read carefully for its specific description, period or style language, condition information, and attribution note.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. LiuHe Curio offers international shipping for objects purchased through this website, subject to destination, object type, size, material, carrier availability, and applicable restrictions.
Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the object and destination.
9. Are duties and taxes included?
Duties, taxes, import fees, and customs-related charges depend on the destination and the information stated at checkout or on the relevant product or order page.
Where duties and taxes are expressly stated as included, they are included only as described. If not expressly stated, the buyer may be responsible for destination import charges.
10. How are fragile objects packed?
Objects are packed according to material, shape, fragility, surface, structure, and destination. Depending on the object, packing may include protective wrapping, cushioning, reinforced boxing, internal support, double boxing, or other appropriate measures.

11. Can I return an item?
Because many objects are individual works with age, surface variation, material character, and collecting qualities, sales are generally considered final. However, if an incorrect item is received, or if there is an exceptional issue requiring review, please contact us promptly after delivery.
Please review all photographs, descriptions, condition notes, and shipping information carefully before purchase. Additional questions are welcome before ordering.
12. What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly and keep all packaging materials, including the outer box, inner packing materials, shipping label, and any protective wrapping. Please provide photographs of the object, packaging, and shipping label before discarding any materials.
Do not return the item without written confirmation from us.
13. Can interior designers or project buyers contact you?
Yes. Interior designers, project buyers, and collectors are welcome to contact us regarding object dimensions, additional photographs, packing, shipping, availability, and project suitability.
Please include the object title, product link, destination, and any relevant project requirements.
14. Who operates LiuHe Curio?
LiuHe Curio is operated by PANELWAY (CHINA) LTD., a Hong Kong registered company.
Rokuka Co., Ltd. (六禾株式会社), Japan, provides curation, sourcing, Japan-based liaison, and support services where applicable.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, the seller of record and contracting party for website transactions is PANELWAY (CHINA) LTD.
