Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather, force majeure, transportation disruptions, political events, carrier backlog, destination restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in Transit
Risk of loss or damage does not automatically shift merely upon dispatch where the matter remains within the scope of carrier transit. If an object arrives visibly damaged, materially compromised in transit, or appears to be lost in shipment, please contact us promptly with photographs, packaging images, and relevant details so that we can review the matter and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier claim or other reasonable next step.
Inspection on Arrival
Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival. If there is a transit-related issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
